Add UTC support

We'd like the ability to have the pickers view all selected date/times in UTC instead of the local time.

@alenaksu Is there any chance you could find some time to try and give this repo a little attention? There are quite a few pull requests waiting, and there's been no maintainer activity here in >4 months. If you no longer have time to maintain this, can you please suggest one of the forks or appoint a new maintainer?
