Will amd's graphics cards support it?

Has anyone tried running it on AMD cards, using by using ROCm?

tried and failed with a WX3200 card, it is a gfx803 device, and torch do not support this kind old device in my understanding. https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/issues/53738
