Rotational blocks printing

Issue: Maparts use a ton of warped Hyphae which all come with a certain rotation in the schematic. The printer wont print these because the standard schematic rotation is made with the idea in mind that there will be a block below the hyphae. More often than not this is not the case and you're forced to work your way around it.

Previous state: Print in air fixed this issue by essentially always assuming that there was a block to place on, which would correctly place the hyphae. It would not trigger the anticheat because there is a still a block to the side of it so perfect hyphae printing without issues.

Solution: Bring back Print in Air or alternatively add an option to force the rotation of blocks even when there is no supporting block for that placement.

Reason: It would make mapart making a lot more bearable on servers where your mod is allowed. It will also fix the same issue with all other rotational blocks such as logs, glazed terracotta and end rods.
