Feature request: specify output directory for POLCA

Thanks so much for your work on the POLCA polishing tool. Currently, POLCA writes its output to the directory where the POLCA command is invoked from, with no option to specify the output directory. To help with integrating POLCA into coding workflows, would it be possible to add a flag (e.g., -o) to POLCA to specify the output directory? This would make POLCA substantially easier to use with workflow languages such as snakemake, which as a general rule invokes all commands from the same working directory.

This is a low priority feature request, so a solution is not needed urgently. Feel free this issue if it is outside your current development priorities. Thanks.
