Removal of highlighting is not saved.

Anki 2.0.38. Ctrl-0 adds yellow highlighting, clicking the "#" "removes" it, but when I come back to the card, the text is still yellow.

Full path is added to media when extracting

Real path or not, it eventually leads to media loss through "Check Media".
