Change node size on filter using direct connections

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When data is filtered the node sizes should be adjusted for the entries shown on screen. So if a node has 5 entries but nodes from only 3 are shown on screen because those are the nodes that belong to the origin node then the nodes size should be adjusted.
