vscode-template is missing from Releases

The wiki mentions using a VSCode Template (See: https://github.com/alekmaul/pvsneslib/wiki/PVSneslib-and-Visual-Studio-Code#configure)

However, this folder (https://github.com/alekmaul/pvsneslib/tree/master/vscode-template) is not included in packaged releases. I think users are required to download this from the repo. Not sure if that's intentionally, but I found it confusing, and thought it may be an oversight.
