Acceptance tests improvements

While working on https://github.com/alekc/terraform-provider-kubectl/pull/39 several acceptance test begin to fail due to provider duplication (see https://github.com/hashicorp/terraform-provider-aws/pull/27615)

It has now been fixed, but review the linked PR and see if current testing can be improved
