Updated knex version to latest 0.95.11

This is very small commit to keep repository upto date with latest version of knex.

I think in the latest version of knex you also need to update references from knex/lib/query/builder to be to knex/lib/query/querybuilder.

In order for the tests to pass the db dependencies (e.g. pg) also need to be bumped
