How to creat menu as a module with lastest version?

• OS: Windows 10]
• Python version: 3.12.5
• pygubu-designer version: 0.39.3

I want creat menu as a module in my project. With previous versions, we can previvew and save the python code of menu without other widget. With lastest version, generating code must save as a project. But saving a project must specified a widget. There's no other widget, so cannot save as a project. So how to creat manu as a module.
