Couldn't find option in blessed that would simultaneously support scrolling and click and drag text selection. The closest solution to being able to do both is having scrolling enabled, and holding the fn key while clicking and dragging for text selection.

Current implementation:

• Open fullscreen logs on keypress (currently pressing m) and allow text selection by default.
• Option to press t to toggle between scrolling and selection.
