[FEATURE] - Support Codespaces

I wasn't able to test yet, mostly because I have to install free pascal and ptop as README describes.

It appears the extension does support Codespaces, because:

  • It can be installed
  • It display error about missing tool when Format command is called

I'm assuming the extension does work on Codespaces, unless someone reports issues.
