use gitlab post comment error with old_line ?

Thanks for create it, i use in my honkit and a custom gitlab , but i get some question.

when post a comment, i get error:

{"message":"400 Bad request - Note {:line_code=\u003e[\"can't be blank\", \"must be a valid line code\"]}"}

and i copy request info to postman get 400

but , remove old_line , it's can be work ? how can i fix ?
