KindEditor，Coremail 在用，可以证明其兼容性在 IE8+，不过由于作者不再维护，有一些 pr 还没合并进去。所以，建议作者整理一下，写成 IE9+ 比较保守

可以考虑下使用 https://editor.aleen42.com/，在 KindEditor 的基础上扩展了格式刷和复杂的表格操作
