Custom validator does not run for embedded structs

This is a followup to https://github.com/alecthomas/kong/issues/391 and https://github.com/alecthomas/kong/issues/90. While https://github.com/alecthomas/kong/issues/90 got fixed and closed, my reproduction still does not work with latest Kong: https://go.dev/play/p/ROe5n4bp1AD
