Add Modus Vivendi (dark) theme

I have a script to export themes from Emacs, I plan on doing the counterpart Modus Operandi (light), but I could do other popular themes maybe.

I think the Modus themes are the most prominent themes that were designed for Emacs, instead of being ported to it. If I come up with any other themes I'll open another PR.
