The Manually-Mined Onions section of HOW-TO-INSTALL.md featured several tools that can only generate v2 addresses, which is now deprecated.

We kept the name for a short while but then decided for a rename: https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/onion-services/onionspray/-/issues/13

Anyway, an announcement should come soon :)

I think I might see a typo on your README. Shouldn't it be "until an alternative in Arti is available", rather than "until an alternative in Arti is not available"?
