I know alec hasn't updated in ages but was wondering if the community has any builds that work with the latest version of Minecraft. If not is there a similar library out there to get things like it offers?

Beat me to it. I developed https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.geewiztech.mcadmin4androidFree&hl=en_GB&gl=US and I'm just re-writing it to use https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/jsonapi-reloaded.69447/
