Spotify volume not going above global volume

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR

(Volume keeps going up when hotkeys are pressed)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR

(Volume not going above global volume)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE BEHAVIOUR

(Bind volume up and down, open volume mixer watch it not going above global volume)

on windows you can't set the mixer volume of an application above the global volume limit, this has nothing to do with Toastify.
