[Feature Request] Change audio output with hotkey

Title pretty much says it all, Option to set up hotkeys to toggle between available outputs (or inputs for other people maybe?) through Toastify.

I have a rainmeter button on my desktop that does this but I'd much prefer hotkey support through Toastify so I don't have to alt+tab out of programs.

I know there are other programs that can do this (SoundSwitch) but I'd prefer if I didn't have to have multiple programs running for convenience.
