MAPI not working

Hi, i enabled MAPI in the webman configuration, installed ProDGTarget on my PC, and i cant connect without any tools. I have the issue on 4.89.3 D-PEX and too on 4.84.2 D-REX

ProDGTarget uses TMAPI, which is a different API available exclusively for DEX and D-PEX (Rebug 4.84.2 / Evilnat 4.89.3).

PS3MAPI is a custom API available for homebrew applications.

CCAPI is another API used for development.

Thanks, so how i can fix my issue ? People on YT tutorial juste enable MAPI in webman configuration and tools are working, but for me no :((
