ICON0.PNG Gets Squashed

When I disable multiMAN covers and opt to use ICON0.PNG, it gets horizontally squashed in the XMB. I can't seem to find a way to fix it in setup.

Sidenote: Is there a way to return all covers to PS3 standard dimentions? I'd like to create some custom pkgs with art consistent with PSN downloads that interact with webMAN-MOD.
