[Feature request] PSX/PS2 manuals for webMan MOD

So.. I'm wondering if this can be implemented in webman for the PS2 placeholder and the PSX

If you or someone else can confirm if manials are supported on PS2 Classics or PSPISO, I could include support.

For PSXISO, l don't think the manual folder is supported.
