XMBMANPLS wrong size ICON0.PNG

Reporting a minor bug. In XMB, the XMBMANPLS over Game Data Utility has a wrong image canvas size (ICON0.PNG). It's 128x128 and should be 320x176 or the icon will be stretched.

Thank for the bug report. I've updated the ICON0.PNG with the one from DeViL303's Ultimate Toolbox.
