Entire PS3 Freezes after install, unable to get into xmb at all

It seems that somehow, webman uninstalled itself, I tried to reinstall it. Now XMB just sits there and loads, forever. On a slim with cobra and evilnat. Any suggestions so that I do not have to wipe the drive? :'(
