Can't shut down ps3 for http//xx.shutdown.ps3 , If Playing PS2 games, please fix it

That is normal. When PS2 game are running, XMB and lv2_kernel are unloaded and replaced by the PS2 emulator to use all available memory.

In the process webMAN-MOD and all others VSH plugins are unloaded too.
