Simple file manager mod flickering during copy

Upper withe line is flickering during copy files. Percentage for each file are double shown. Once under the status bar is OK, but over the status bar in the bracket is a waste of resources. 😉

I have fixed the flickering.... you can re-download the Simple File Manager.

In regards to the double progress bar... there shouldn't be much differences in the use of resources.
