Minor Bug: hex editor title

Characters from the previous title are left behind, but only if the new title is shorter than the previous one.

For example, if I open ‘/dev_hdd0/boot_plugins.txt’, the title shows correctly. If I then open ‘/dev_hdd0/game/IRISMAN00/USRDIR/settings.ini’, the title also shows correctly. However, if I then were to open boot_plugins.txt again, the title shows as ‘/dev_hdd0/boot_plugins.txtSRDIR/settings.ini’.
