ICON0.PNG override IRISMAN background image

If using IRISMAN with a background image, when opening the file explorer to browse a folder that contains an ICON0.PNG image file (this could be a game installed on the internal hard drive, a trophy folder or a save file folder), the last ICON0.PNG file previewed by the file exlorer will be overblown and override the background image set by the user when going back to the main IRISMAN cover flow interface.

The only way to reset this behavior is to close IRISMAN (PS Button -> Quit) and restart the app. But every time the file explorer is invoked, going back to the main IRISMAN interface will display the faulty background image from the last ICON0.PNG previewed in the file explorer.
