Missing .dll files for windows

When trying to open the pkg_merge.exe in widows it would not work because it said that the following .dll files were missing or not installed. vcruntime140d.dll, msvcp140d.dll and ucrtbased.dll.

I downloaded the missing files and put them in the same folder as the pkg_merge.exe and it now works. Here are the files I used if anyone else has the same problem: missing dlls.zip .
