nullptr exception on isMEM2Present()

How to reproduce:

  1. Hook to Dolphin running a game
  2. Click "Add watch"
  3. Enter a valid-length address
  4. Terminate Dolphin
  5. Press OK

Proposed solution (not yet implemented): Disable OK button when Unhook is detected, similar to the rest of DME.
