Load Balancing

This is a feature request.

How about adding support for attaching a predefined number of meteor instance-clones to a Load Balancer like one of these:

  • PM2 Load Balancer https://github.com/Unitech/PM2
  • Amazon Elastic Load Balancing https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ElasticLoadBalancing/latest/DeveloperGuide/SvcIntro.html

I'm not maintaining this script anymore since mup is a better solution nowadays, but I'm happy to accept a PR if someone wants to do this.
