Template JSON seems to refer to "version" but Amazon documentation is different

Refer to "version" as being the version number of APL which is like "2023.3". The sample uses "1.6". It could be the reson many Echo SHow 5 3rd Gen people cannot use the code because this device does not yet support "2023.3".

Has this been tested using such a version number? And what does "1.6" refer to?
