[feature request] Alcor MultiContract Pool to decentralize single swap/market contract bottleneck to ensure dex operations incase of developer prolonged absence

I suggest that @avral_pro makes a great new user controlled DPOS Autopilot DEX DAO innovation to @alcorexchange that can be used with any DEX in the future. like BP/node voting for 21 top servers in DPOS chains like steem/hive/eos/wax- we'd vote for top 21 dex/swap contracts

-swap/dex contract providers would compete to be in the top most used positions. -Various MIXED pools would be owned by basically block producer type accounts that are voted in. -If they steal they would be voted out and voted into a blacklist -they can pay an insurance deposit

swaps/markets would have BP style random pool contract providers & use a new alcor swap multi contract unified pool system to hedge risk by using multiple poolcontracts at same time buying a little from each so if one goes down or rugpulls/steals liquidity another one replaces it

https://eos.alcor.exchange/positions Heres an example of new @alcorexchange pools page by https://golos.id witness @avral (and he has added hive engine integration before with its deposit and withdraw buttons to go between eos/telos ans hive for @weedcash @telokanda @ddate and @sandiegocoin and if we had HIVE on eos telos or XHIVE proton or had more people using SWAP.EOS + eos.alcor.exchange then more hive users would use alcor or recignize it as an important no essential part of a balanced dpos eosio antelopeio developer breakfast. :)

seriously i think having some sort of system to e even just pick from a menu of high rated contraxts when using the pool or markets woudl be a good start and i will try to make better suggestions on how to make it easjer for the front end developers ro actually achieve this by taking a fork of eostokensdex and alcorswaps contracts and adding them as a backuo alternatuve

the old swap alcoraamswaps pools seem incompatible so we woulent offer that as an option but wed have new pools follow a strict guideline maybe even exact forked copy of alcorswap and eostokensdex so they can become interchangeable with the current pool contract from a drop down list in the alcor.exchange/swap page
