The worker keep restarting after uploading some assets

Hello,

I have been keeping meeting this problem, after uploading a bunch of assets, like 20 or 30, the the site crashes and clients only get 500 page. And when looking into docker, one of the containers keep restarting (sometimes it's the worker container, and sometimes the others). I have attached error log, seems like some lock on file not released properly? After that, I have no way but restart the docker. app_error-2022-03-27.log
