[Feature] Netplay statistics

This suggestion is to put inside Netplay screen an option to see Netplay statistics. So players can see the hours of an week day that have more probability to find servers and people in game.

Following events would be taken to create those statistics:

• Every time an user enter Netplay screen and "read" the list of available servers
• Every time an user join a server / go out from a server
• Every time an user host a server / delete the server
• Every time an user play a game / end a game

Those information will collect hour/date info, but not personal information, like IP or nick in game (perhaps nly the country of IP).

A server would collect and provide all those data from/to all clients.

Inside Netplay option, there would be a chart (or a button to a chart) showing statistics for current last 24-hour or "mean" of use in the current weekday (e.g. for today is Monday, so the chart would show the mean of statistics of the last 30 mondays...).
