[Feature] kill score based on opponents lives

Would be interesting to have one game type that gives you more score for each kill if the one you kill have many lives left. Hopefully that would self organize the number of life of each player and award going for laggers and campers.

I would prefer something like "killing spree" - if you kill two players in say 30 seconds it will award you 3 points, regardless of whether you've died in-between or not.

Unfortunately our scoreboard is not floating-point, so we'll have to define some margin line - for example if it will award 2 points if you kill player with 10 lives, or with lives 1.5x more then yourself.

Seems interesting, but amount of points you get for kill should depend on fraction(don know if its right word here) of (killed worms lifes)/(total lives of all worms). Thats because if it will only depend on lifes of killed worm, you could get lots of points for few kill at game start, and win by just doing good/getting lucky at the start of match. I hope it's possible to understand what i have written :)
