A /roll feature for people to end fights about clan war settings/servers.

Rolls a random number between 1 and a specified number.

The hoster can easily setup such a system in the dedicated script. This is too general (esp how you described it) to be implemented by us.

FYI, the Jen2 bot positioned in the IRC channel is capabable of this, just issue the roll command to it with a number(highest is 100). It can also flip a coin with the coin command.
Setting this to low priority since i can't really think of why implementing it more is necessary, as a dedicated server script can do it, or you can just send the command in irc, roll a dice on your table or do it in the LXA shoutbox.
