Refresh when only one url

Is there a reason why 09ab3bf809c9935c3a3cf2881c6bfd11220ec637 was committed?

When i have only one URL, it cuts every refreshDelay and i do not see the reason behind this.

It would only refresh if there are more than one URL... the use case was to create a camera switch every X seconds.

current version line 23 is >0 so 1 and more will be refreshed

Your right. I don't remember why the change. Anyhow, you can fork or make a PR and make it a variable.

Personally, I thought this code was dead. This was for a very old release of MM.
