Cloud-connected entities become unavailable in the integration
Describe the bug Several entities have become unavailable in the HA integration, but those device endpoints are available (and can be controlled) both the Meross app and the Apple Home app.
I've tried unplugging the devices and plugging them back in, but that hasn't returned them to available in HA.
Your environment Core 2024.2.5 Supervisor 2024.02.0 Operating System 12.0 Frontend 20240207.1 Hardware environment: Raspberry Pi 4 running on SSD
Logs taken when the issue happened

Meross entities in HA

Same here.
I just tried a little experiment and it worked to restore the unavailable devices:
- reloaded the HA integration, and verified that the entities were still unavailable
- opened the Meross app and verified that the devices were showing as available in the app
- removed power from the three devices
- waited until the Meross app showed them as unavailable
- reloaded the HA integration again (hoping to "sync" the offline state)
- restored power to the three devices
- waited until the Meross app showed them as available
- reloaded the HA integration again
After these steps, the three devices became available in HA again ... no delete / rebuild required.
Your steps worked for me. Thanks. Weird temporary issue
I have the same problem here with a meross outdoor dual plug. Showing as unavailable in HA but available in the app. Ping on the device works. Usually after reconnecting WLAN of the device un my unifi environment the device comes back online in HA.
But after a while ist just gets unavailable again.
