Word order independent global search

It would be great if the search engine could create results that include search terms that are not in a similar sequential order as in the search query. Here's what I mean:

I've got a file called "Peas and Carrots.pdf" If I query for "Pea Car" i'll get a hit, but if I query "Car Pea" there are no results.

It would be great if queries that are "out of sequence" could be respected too. Quite often I only remeber single terms from Documents, but not the whole title or the sequence of different terms. So I end up entering the first term I remeber and then another one which yields no results, so I try cut pasting the second term in front of the first etc.
