Well, it's not the same HTML tag as the docket number, but yeah, this legend completely changes the layout from the regular one.

I reviewed this, and it can be closed since it was the originating issue for https://github.com/freelawproject/courtlistener/pull/4426 which was closed in favor of https://github.com/freelawproject/courtlistener/issues/4597 and its sub-issues.
