Code has been integrated in master on GitHub (please don't close the issue as this will be done at the moment of an official release).
I'm not sure why this is not incorporated. I can think of problems regarding cross referencing etc, but with the `@name` I don't think this can happen. Probably a similar...
@drobilla - which version of doxygen are you using? - do you have the problem with data structures i C / C++ as well or with another language?
