Please enlighten me which files you are missing / on which lines this can be seen in the diff file you provided.
Maybe you should try the current master version (1.14.0 (8e4cc0cdc7b095f9eba41582e9097ea89895fcad)) as well as I saw some fixes in respect to templates.
