Have uploaded MSVD videos but in the output of Web folder, it is empty!

There, have uploaded the video and changed the configure like this.

visualizer": { "type": "Visualizer", "args":{ "src_video_dir": "data/video/MSVD/YouTubeClips", "vis_vid_freq": 1, "num_samples": 500 }

But there is nothing in the web folder which is located in

/data/saved/web

Update question, NO html page is generated under webpage, only video files.
