How to build without SAM/htslib?

The installation doc is not clear.

Good morning.

Currently, fqtools can not be build without htslib, as it is required for reading SAM/BAM format. This functionality was requested by the paper reviewers. I believe that it would be relatively "easy" to allow building without the dependency and simply not allow reading FASTQ format directly from BAM/SAM. I'll look into it, but I'm really busy at the moment and can't promise a timescale.
