About and Preferences should be available from the main main window view

Currently you can only access these two from clicking the systray icon. I was expecting them both to be available from the main window that pops up from clicking "Show all alarms" but it didn't. This main window really feels like it should be the central hub to manage everything related to the app, yet with these two buttons only available frm the systray icon, it does not. Imo, this should be changed.
