Added AM/PM time format option

New option in preference dialog and gconf to use an AM/PM (12 hour) time format instead of 24 hour for setting and viewing alarm clock times

  • Default is 24 hour (AM/PM format off)
  • Hour setting for timers still from 0 to 23

Fixed a few indentation inconsistencies
