[req] make use of left/middle icon clicks

when clicking the (plasma) tray icon with left or middle buttons, nothing happens

might be nice to make use of these clicks, such as left dbbl click = edit alarms UI

also would be nice to be able to silence/dismiss the alarm from the alarm pop-up
