同样需要这个功能，最近项目里会出现一些动态的数据类型，比如 AnimBP 内 会有个动态变量叫 __AnimBlueprintMutables 是个动态构造的名为 AnimBlueprintGeneratedMutableData 的 Struct，所有的 Struct 都叫一个名字，如果 AnimBP 比较多，就会导出很多个 `class AnimBlueprintGeneratedMutableData extends AnimBlueprintMutableData {...}`，命名和继承结构一样，内容是不一样的。 会导致 d.ts 内定义重复，以至于 TS 编译不通过，如果能有指定不导出，或许可以通用的解决这个问题。
